How do I purchase CTI products?
All of our products are distributed and supported worldwide by NEC, so please contact your local NEC representative regarding purchase.
What is IAC "Demo" Mode?
When IAC is operating in "Demo" mode it is fully functional for a set number of hours. In general this is sufficient for several month's operation. There is no "nobbled" functionality during that time. The hours remaining can be checked from the "Help | About" menu, or by hovering the mouse over the "key" icon on the IAC Greeting Bar.
Can I see how my IAC is licensed?
In IAC versions 5.3 and later, select "About" from the "Help" menu to display IAC's current licence settings. This will display the licensed features in earlier IAC versions or the number of database entries for more recent IAC versions
